I bought an edible printer from this company through Amazon, I was having so many difficulties setting it up, simply because I didn't know how to, so instead of sending it back which Amazon was recommending, I decided to call the company directly. I spoke with an extremely polite and funny man by the name of Mike who talked me through the whole process of setting up the printer, to software advice and print settings. He had so much patience and time for me which I really appreciated. Now I am all set up I think it is fair to say that Mike will not be able to get rid of me that easily !
