Mike is very knowledgeable about sublimation printers and a pleasure to deal with.  So nice to buy from a company that answers the phone and takes the time to deal with their customers personally.

This company is a little gem. I have been a customer of HobbyPrint (formally Home Media) for many, many years. Mike is so very knowledgeable. Recently I had a problem with my printer which we couldn't fix over the phone. Mike asked me to send him my printer and he really went above and beyond to fix it for me. As a card maker, I needed a printer that would take 300gsm card and was struggling to find one. Mike pointed me in the right direction and I haven't looked back since.
