Sublimation to Film Transfer Kit for Printing onto Cotton T-Shirts 

Print retail-quality Cotton T-shirts in full-colour designs on any "Light-Coloured" fabric using your existing sublimation printer!

This specialised DTF (Direct to Film) kit works exceptionally well when used with sublimation ink. The kit enables you to print and press designs directly onto light cotton, poly-cotton blends, and other light coloured fabrics without weeding or vinyl. The process is the same as standard sublimation printing, but with the addition of a Hot Melt powder.

This HobbyPrint kit has been carefully assembled with high-quality films and powders, ensuring ease of use. The film is supplied with a corner cut-out to indicate which way the film is inserted into your printer to ensure printing on the printable side of the film. The film, working in combination with the hot melt powder, can be peeled after pressing, whilst Hot, Warm or Cool.

How It Works:

1. Print your design in mirror using sublimation ink onto the PET film
2. Apply white hot melt adhesive powder to the wet print
3. Shake off excess powder and cure the film using a heat press or oven
4. Press the cured design onto your cotton fabric at 160–170°C (320–338°F) for 15 seconds
5. Peel the film and enjoy your transfer!
